In any society, a leader is important, because we all need some guidance from time to time. Leadership is the ability to effectively manage limited and existing human resources through effective communication, monitoring and encouragement to achieve a goal. Being a leader can be fun. You have a team. You can assign tasks to them. They look forward to your advice. And leadership is a big responsibility. It is not good to take it lightly. A good leader knows that the well-being of the team is in the hands of the leader. And that the diversity within the team should be truly respected. If you are a team leader, you need to work on keeping the team together.
